These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and aliwin ("aliwin", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the aliwin website located at https://aliwin.pro, including all products, services, games, wagering facilities, and promotional offerings made available through the platform.

• You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information at the time of registration and maintain the accuracy of that information throughout your account's lifetime.

aliwin reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any point during your account's lifetime. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or permanent closure, with forfeiture of any bonus balances.

Each individual may hold only one registered account on the aliwin platform. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different personal details, device, payment method, IP address, or household — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

Upon detection of duplicate accounts, aliwin reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending or settled wagers, and confiscate all balances including deposits, winnings, and bonus funds without prior notice or obligation to provide reasons.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your aliwin account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication details. aliwin will not be held liable for any loss, damage, or unauthorised activity resulting from your failure to safeguard your login details.

aliwin accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, assign, transfer, pledge, or otherwise deal with your aliwin account or any credits, balances, or entitlements associated with it.

All deposits on the aliwin platform are denominated and processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). aliwin accepts deposits via the following verified payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Habib Bank Limited (HBL), United Bank Limited (UBL), and Meezan Bank. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time at aliwin's sole discretion.

Deposits are processed in real time or near-real time subject to the processing times of the relevant payment provider. aliwin does not accept cash deposits, cryptocurrency, or any payment method not explicitly listed as approved on the platform.

• Minimum deposit amounts apply per payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction in the Mine section of your account.
• You may only deposit funds using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• aliwin reserves the right to conduct anti-money laundering verification on any deposit before crediting funds to your account balance.
• Deposits made in error are not automatically reversible. Contact support immediately if you believe a deposit was made incorrectly.
• aliwin does not charge fees for standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges which are outside aliwin's control.

By depositing funds into your aliwin account, you confirm that the funds originate from a legitimate source and that you are the authorised owner of the payment method used. aliwin reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation where required by its compliance obligations.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to identity verification being completed and any applicable bonus wagering requirements having been satisfied in full.

aliwin aims to process approved withdrawal requests within the timeframes displayed in the Mine section of your account. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and any additional verification steps required. Withdrawal requests submitted during peak periods or requiring enhanced due diligence may take longer.

• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are published in the Mine section. Requests below the minimum or above the maximum threshold will not be processed.
• Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before any withdrawal is approved. Required documents typically include a valid government-issued ID and proof of payment method ownership.
• Withdrawals of bonus-derived winnings are subject to the wagering requirements specified in the relevant promotion's terms.
• aliwin reserves the right to perform additional security checks on withdrawal requests above certain thresholds, which may temporarily delay processing.
• Withdrawal requests may be declined where aliwin has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation, or breach of these Terms.

aliwin offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion, which form part of these Terms by reference. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

The following general bonus conditions apply to all aliwin promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise in the relevant promotion terms:

• All bonuses carry wagering requirements that must be completed before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. Wagering requirements, game contribution percentages, and minimum odds restrictions are specified per promotion.
• Bonuses have a fixed validity period. Any bonus balance not wagered within the specified validity window will be forfeited automatically without notice.
• aliwin reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Players with active bonus balances at the time of suspension will be notified and reasonable arrangements made.
• Abuse of bonuses, including the use of matched betting strategies, arbitrage techniques, or collusion with other players to exploit promotional terms, will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and potential account closure.
• Bonuses may not be combined with other concurrent promotions unless explicitly stated in the individual promotion terms.
• aliwin's decision on all bonus-related disputes is final and binding.

All wagers placed on aliwin — whether on casino games, live dealer tables, slot titles, cricket matches, or other sporting events — are final once confirmed. aliwin does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed wagers except in circumstances where a manifest error has occurred.

In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or system error during the course of a game round or live betting event, aliwin will resolve the outcome based on the information recorded in its server logs at the time of the interruption. aliwin's game server records are the definitive source of truth for all outcome disputes.

• aliwin reserves the right to void any wager placed on an event where the published odds or game parameters contained a manifest pricing error.
• Maximum stake limits apply per game, per market, and per event. Limits are displayed within the relevant game or betting interface and may be adjusted at aliwin's discretion.
• Cricket betting markets, including PSL and international fixtures, are governed by the rules published in the sportsbook section. Settlement follows official results as confirmed by the relevant governing body.
• aliwin reserves the right to limit the betting activity of any account at any time and without being required to state a reason.

aliwin is committed to the promotion of responsible gambling practices and the prevention of problem gambling. The platform provides a range of tools to help players maintain control over their gambling activity. These tools are available to all registered account holders at no charge and can be activated through account settings or by contacting support.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit limits on their account. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a cooling-off period when increased.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure alerts that notify them when a defined session duration has been reached.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 12 months, or permanently. During exclusion, the account is suspended and re-opening requests are subject to a mandatory cooling-off review.
• Reality Checks: Pop-up reminders displaying time played and net session result are available on request.

aliwin enforces a strict minimum age of 21 years. Any person found to be under 21 years of age will have their account immediately closed and all deposits returned minus any winnings generated, which will be forfeited. aliwin cooperates with relevant third-party responsible gaming organisations and encourages players who feel gambling is negatively affecting their lives to seek assistance.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the aliwin platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Creating or operating more than one aliwin account, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information at registration or during verification procedures.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the aliwin platform in any manner not explicitly permitted.
• Colluding with other players in casino games or sports betting markets to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors in odds, or any technical vulnerability in the platform. Any such exploits must be reported to aliwin support immediately.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including structuring deposits to evade anti-money laundering detection thresholds.
• Attempting to transfer, sell, or assign your aliwin account or any credits or entitlements associated with it to another party.
• Using the aliwin platform in connection with any illegal activity under applicable law.

All content on the aliwin platform — including but not limited to the aliwin brand name, logo, trademarks, trade dress, website design, user interface elements, game graphics, promotional materials, written content, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of aliwin or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the aliwin platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any aliwin content without express prior written consent from aliwin.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, aliwin, its directors, officers, employees, agents, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the aliwin platform.

aliwin's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms, regardless of the nature of the claim, shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by you to aliwin in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

aliwin collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the aliwin Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein.

aliwin may share your personal data with third-party identity verification providers, payment processors, fraud prevention agencies, and regulatory authorities where required to fulfill its legal and compliance obligations. aliwin does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

aliwin reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time and at its sole discretion. Amendments take effect from the date of publication on the aliwin platform. Your continued use of aliwin following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any amendment, you must immediately cease using the platform and request account closure.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which aliwin holds its international online gaming licence.

In the event of any dispute between you and aliwin, you should first contact aliwin's customer support team to seek an informal resolution. aliwin will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes promptly and fairly. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be escalated to the relevant dispute resolution process under aliwin's licensing framework.

aliwin's decision on all matters relating to the interpretation of these Terms, game outcomes, bonus eligibility, and account status is final and binding, subject only to any mandatory dispute resolution rights that cannot be excluded by applicable law.
